I left something downloading last night, and I woke up this morning to a "disk space on C: is extremely low" warning message. Turns out, there was four kilobytes of space left on my hard drive... And the best part is, as soon as I deleted something to get more space, the download sprang into existence again and filled up the space pretty quickly.

Lowest disk space I have ancountered was about 500 megs left on my 80 gig drive after downloading and installing World of Warcraft.

lowest space I've ever had was 100 mb on my old 1 gb drive on my first computer.

Windows 95 and a few apps/games, nothing special. I had to be quite careful about rationing space until I got a second 8 gb drive (which I still use)

I filled up a 1.5 gig hard drive way back in the day.

One of my previous family computers stopped booting because it ran out of space. It wasn't anything we put on it either. We got a firewall after that.

I only have 7.5 gigs left... out of 120... That's impressive if you ask me.

I was converting mp3's from ogg to mp3 and somehow the conversion got messed up, each 3mb ogg file got converted to a 1.5gb mp3 file... that really ate up my space quickly.

Other than that i've never used all my space, I try to keep at least 10gb free.

I have fewer than 50 megs on my C drive. About 10 gigs on D.

Lowest with this comp: 54 kb out of 12gb

On any comp? about 8 kb on a 500 mb HD

I had about 8kb left on a 512 MB drive (I distinctly remember it being 540, but that seems unlikely), and Compuserve kept giving me this strange error, which I finally figured out meant that I didn't have enough space to download a game demo.

I had only 3GB left on my 14GB drive......2GB left on my 160GB drive....5 GB left on my 60GB drive.

I decided it was time for a fresh format and some reorganizing. And now with a 200GB, I won't worry anymore for space ( still got 130GB left on the 200)
