Did anyone see it? I thought his speech was very well written and fairly well delivered. His Q-A session was only so-so. He didn't answer a couple of the questions.

I watched some, and I thought it was OK. But I felt I didn't really hear anything new many times.

It seemed to me that he kept droning on and on, I didn't feel that anything was insightful about it. Just babbling.

Amerca. Terrrism. Iraq.

God bless Amerca.

Was it like that? That's how all his other speeches go down.

He's going to take a resolution to the UN asking for help, though. That's always a welcome thing to hear.

The actual speech was good - it focused on Iraq, specifically turning over sovreignty and the potential implications if we just turn and run.

Like I said, though - his answers were only okay. I think what happened is he would start talking about something, which would trigger something else, and he would cover 5 or 6 topics, but end up leaving the questions only half answered. Understandable, though - heck, I do it sometimes, and I'm a pretty darn good public speaker.
