What should I expect? Am I to be pleased? I've never seen a copy of this game ANYWHERE, even though I've heard alot about it. A friend of mine had it, and I exclaimed that I had never seen it before. He tossed me the discs and said "Take em, I don't want em".

Huzzah!

That's how I felt when I played it. I'm sure if I had the patience to try every item combo/object activation thing, it would have been fun...but I don't so it sits on a shelf collecting dust.

Maybe when I'm too old for fast paced games, I'll load this on my antique 3ghz computer and give it a whirl...

It's my favourite LEC adventure game ever. It has some really great characters and dialogue. Feel free to ask for hints if you get stuck, or point your browser over to www.uhs-hints.com for a more discreet system that DOESN'T spoil the entire game over a single puzzle.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Infernal Machine still ranks highly amongst my list of favourite games ever. On the other hand, I've never had the priviledge of playing Grim Fandango.

Grim Fandango is a fantastic game. Glottis rocks! But it's so sad when he gets ill.

Some of the puzzles in there were so infuriating, but that's the point of these sorts of games. Overall, a very very enjoyable game. One of the better puzzle games around.
