So how many people will spend Thanksgiving with Native Americans?

Well, since the pilgrims celebrated with Native Americans, I thought that tradition would extend beyond just the food and the time. What about the company?

I have native blood. Send me your turkeys!
The music industry is a cruel and shallow money trench where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

I am 1/8th Native American so I guess my existence alone represents that bond.

ooooohhhhhh man....
i'll be watching this thread. i have studied the native situation in north america. i believe it's about time we honored our land treaties with them and stopped using characitures of them for sports teams.
don't get me started. you think my dislike for the bush administration is bad? just wait till someone here states they should 'just get over it already.'
oh ****. oh ****!

on a happy note, go and eat and be merry with anyone whether they are native or not. it's like christmas. just be happy.

I'm half Native American. I can't remember the name of the tribe, but after some quick research, I believe I am part of the Nanticoke tribe (it sounds very familiar to me). They have an annual powwow every september in Delaware, but I haven't gone for a while.

As you might be able to tell, I haven't been very interested in my background, but I've been thinking about it lately. I've been thinking of doing some research on my Native and Irish (my other half) backgrounds.
