So which is it . . . Dark Meat or White Meat (or perhaps Tofurkey, for all you vegetarians ). :p

I would have to go with dark meat, much more juicy and tender, whereas white meat can sometimes be so dry and tough it makes you cough when you eat it. Saying that, white meat Turkey sandwhiches are pretty satisfactory (so long as you have some butter or mayo).

So which is it? Cast your vote!

Dark meat has an odd taste to it. White meat's dryness is nothing some gravy can't fix. :)

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Bah, if you cook it right, white meat can be just as juicy as the average dark meat. For cooking turkeys, Big Green Egg > *.

The dark side is superior. Evil will always win, because good is dumb.

Deliciously evil.

I don't like turkey.
Code to the left of him, code to the right of him, code in front of him compil'd and thundered. Programm'd at with shot and $SHELL. Boldly he typed and well. Into the jaws of C. Into the mouth of PERL. Debug'd the 0x258.

It doesn't matter as long as the turkey is fried. One of my relatives fried a turkey that had cajun seasoning on it. Wasn't greasy, wasn't dry, and tasted amazing. I'm officially hooked on fried turkeys.
