I came awesometh, my team game 12th out of 24.

Oh yeah, it appears the team that hosted managed to arrange the seedings in such a way that they'd have the best possible chance of getting two qualifying spots.

There's speculation about whether it's just coincidence, but the seedings were a bit odd.
