I remember seeing one of those a few years back in a magazine. It was the first one ever made. Some rich dude built it with his son. That one looked more like a porche with jet engines stuck on the back. I can only imagine how much trouble these would cause. Rob a bank, and your getaway is a flying car. You > Police. If these things go mainstream like the flying car things in starwars, imagine how many crashes and collisions and crashing into buildings there would be. Plus, can this thing drive on the ground?
