I'm playing Silent Hill 4 right now and i'm totally creeped out. I just bought it, and it is amazingly scary. thoughts? opinions?

I haven't actually played any of the SH series, but I know a little about it, and have heard from some that #1 is one of the scariest games to have come out. I should play it sometime...

I played a demo of it and I thought it was pretty creepy. Great use of sound too. I consider the Silent Hill series more of a survival horror then the Resident Evil series.

i got silent Hill 2, got really scared, turned off the playstation during a scary cutscene, havent touched it since. None the less, i enjoyed it while it lasted
