Yeah, descriptions for the LOTW have never been there... just "OMG VOTEE"

I believe when they have been levels of the week previously it shows their caption from before. When they aren't it shows the voting caption.

That's all just guesswork, but it makes sense.

Every Christmas we have this exact same thread with very slightly differing content, the holiday logo version of the news page doesn't have any of the most recent changes.
