For those of you that are out of highschool u ever lose touch with people and then meet up again?

That's how it was for me. Tonight I was hanging out with my 2 guy friends that I've known since I was 5, and I havent talked to them in about 2 almost 3 years. They both had their friends with them.We went to Subway were I ran into my other friend Kenny who I had the hots for Senior year of hs, we exchanged numbers and he gave me my sub for free lol and we are going to be haning out.But then me and the guys went drinking then caught a movie, I dropped them off at their place but I didnt wanna go home. But we are all hanging out tommorrow at Lee's place, I'm kinda liking Lee now, College sure has changed him! haha he's no longer a boy, he's quite the man lol. Anyways tommorrow I had plans with my Girl alexis and imma see if I can invite her to come out with me and the guys and then Imma call up tina and her boyfriend Eric (which by the way I hooked tina and Eric up and they've been dating two years so far, and he went as far as to thank me saying tina is the best thing to happen in his life, yes I got skill thank u very much lol), as well as Kenny to all hang out. (all people I've known for years now). I invited my friend Johnny out but he's gotta work which sux.

Anyways, tell me it isnt it bizarre to run into people you havent seen in years, I missed them all so much. Found out my friend DJ went to Iraq and came back and is buying a house in on e of the neighborhoods surrounding mine and Kenny is going to be moving in with him soon...even better! lol Everyone is all grown up having their own llives, I have friends who are married now and with kids, it's just crazy! Oh! and I found out my friend Gary and Chad who were pro surfers (they are cool with Pro Surfer Kelly Slater, he went to my Jr. High and HS, back beachside and they all surfed together) anyways Chad has been winning competitions back in Cocoa and Gary won this competition for his age division in the whole states or something like that which Lee was saying is huge. I know Gary was already a pretty big surfer when we graduated cuz he was like 80th in the nation or something like that. I'm so proud of them! these are guys I've known my whole life! It was so crazy catching up and the fun continues tommorrow I'm psyched!

anywho, aint it crazy when u havent seen people in years to catch up, it's crazy how times flies and people move about with their lives, but I'm so happy to be in contact with all of them again, these people know me so well i think we were all excited to be reunited! lol ok I'm done ranting. anyways share your experiances like this, good times:D I'm so happy right now I dont think anything could bum me out

I never see anyone I went to high school with anymore.

most peopl i knew in high school i've lost touch with... some of them i see around... but usually they don't recognize me with my beard... i really need to shave

I was lookin at a guy who I loosely know's AIM profile, he was taling about "the good old days" (which I hated) of football in high school. I decided to look up some info on the guy he talked about...turns out he's in his second year at USC. I was like "whoa...not 3ish years ago that guy was kicking my ...hind, on the field, around the time I quit." I also looked up two other football players...carson palmer's brother was a senior when I was a freshman in high school, but I didn't really know the guy. He might recognize me *shrug*. I looked up one of my hS's other quarterbacks and he's apparently playing at yale. Freaky stuff. I'm like 1.5 years into college, planning on transferring at the end of the year to a public school instead of a private one...and lives of so many people are already different.

I still feel like I just left high school..even though it was a year ago. Already people I was playing football with as a freshman and sophmore with are at like USC...dang that's scary.

My closest friends are still the people I went to school with (well, college atleast). The ones I've lost contact with I have no desire to meet up with again.

Ugh...my friend and I were looking on Friends Reunited for a laugh, and about half of my year has signed up...we finished school 5 years ago, it's crazy!

I'm gonna send a few emails to some people via that program.
Including friends from Private School, and some girl i fancied when i was 12

Our party that's finally petered out after 6 days was a big 'graduate' reunion - the people in my house are all fourth years, and most people here graduated after just three - so it was nice seeing some old faces (until we couldn't see anymore).

Friends reunited scares me.

all the ppl i know in HS have only been out a year or 2 so i doubt TOO much has changed other then ppl working and going to school

still see alot of them around at parties and stuff but dont see'em as much as we used to


actually 2 old friends i havent probably seen since grade 10 or 11 are in the OHL right now, on their way to the NHL easily, and another kid i've gone to school with all my life was drafted to the Chicago Blackhawks this past summer.. Brian Bickel.. theres tons more kids from my school in the OHL right now.. damn

actully, right now i am planning a get to gether for my hs friends over christmas. i dont plan to loos touch with them completly.

I see some people on my college campus every now and then snd I see people at soccer and lacrosse games I go to (my younger brother plays). I also see people when they come home for winter break.

I have been out of High School for almost 2 years now, and keep in touch with all my great friends from back then. I talk to some other people I went to school with, and they tell me that they don't keep in touch with anybody anymore. I don't know what I would do if I lost contact with my HS friends.

Me either and I really don't miss em that much.

I hated everyone from my High School.

It was a Private, Jesuit College Prepatory school. Yey.
I'd rather be have been the "Trash" which is what everyone from the local school was called. (Well.. comparing it to what the people at my school were called, it wasn't bad ... Mascot was a Stag.. what rhymes with that? Did I mention purple was the school colour?)

I was knew pretty much half the school there and was good freinds with about 30 of them.. and hated everyone from the private school. Meh. I never went to any of my school games, events or anything. I went to alot of the local schools games, two homecomings, another dance, and random events.

I might go there for reunion Everyone would be happy to see me at least. Everyone at my school would be like "Oh yea there's that loser"

All my friends from HS went to different colleges, but I do see some people from my HS on campus or out and about. However, I make no effort to keep connections strong or anything. The friends I had were great for HS, but I know trying to keep connected just wouldn't work and that phase of my life is over.

That's pretty much the boat I'm in too.

those were my friends from HS that I was talking about that I ran into, simple as that. And I've known Tina since we were 13 and Lee and Mike since I was 5 so they are cool with what I do with pix of them.
