A question about WinZip

Hi!
I'm wondering something about WinZip 8.0. Is there some way I can, through the run command, ask it to open a ZIP file and extract and execute only one file from inside?

I know how to open a ZIP file from the run command. "C:\Program Files\WinZip\WINZIP32.EXE" H:\misc\ScreenSavers\cns!bnz.zip
How do I execute one file from inside? I run W2K, just so you know.

Why not just use the Winzip program and just click and drag the file where you want it to go?

Because he doesn't want to. Obviously.

7-Zip has "Powerful command line version", though I don't know if it can extract certain archive content

OK... This WinZip add on did not have what I was looking for... It did not have Unpack AND Execute.
If any of you have Total Commander, then you would know what I want. Yes, I know I could just rumage through my folders to get to that zip file, double click on the file I want and hit "Unpack and Execute", but I was hoping I could do the same from the Quick Launch Bar.

Why not just keep it unzipped?

Takes more space then...

When I used to use winzip all you had to do was double-click the zip file, select which file you wanted to run, and double-click that. It would then extract everything to a temp directory and run that file.
