I have a gmail account, but I don't seem to have any invites..some accounts get them and some don't?

You accrue them over time. I heard that the more you use your account the faster you get them, but the only use I get out of mine is by having GMail Notifier running all the time. But i never get any mail there because I just use my school account. But I'm up to 6 invites.

I have all of mine left because I have no friends that actually care enough anymore, especially since Hotmail upped their storage.
