Post your rejected holiday logo - AS LONG AS IT DOESN'T VIOLATE THE FORUM RULES. I'm just curious to see which ones got rejected.

Yes, all rejected :( I can understand some of them being rejected but I mean....R2D2 with presents? Darth Vader finishing up the Christmas tree? The Google/Massassi Spoof? Anakin hateing snow (I hate the sand...) :D

Last year logos even LESS holiday related than these were accepted. :/ What happened to:

Mine got rejected because there was:
(1) one other one that was practically the same as mine
(2) another one from last year that used the same image for the background

I'm cool with my rejection though, since the one I "duplicated" (#1) is a much better job anyway.

It makes complete sense that the Vader one was rejected, he's holding Darth maul's lightsaber, obviously the admins couldn't stand for that sort of error. :p

I always found it silly how Company's made a fit over use of logos or whatever.
For example, Intel's Pentium Inside logo, was used on a forum of mine, and instead of pentium inside, it said LX inside. LX was a part of a paintball marker.
There stickers of the image were distrubited.. Untill Intel found out about it (I have no clue HOW .. this is just a small secluded forum) and threatened legal action if we didn't stop using the rip off of their logo.

If anything, it promotes them. It's like free advertising.

No it's more like you getting an unfair benefit by using their logo, which you didn't create. It's not "promoting them" and even if it were that doesn't matter.
