at least treat it professionally.
I had about a 6 month subscription to a certain webhosting company. For about 4 months, everything was cool. Mid-October I got an e-mail from the admin saying that their database had been hacked and that he needed me to resubmit my billing information. **** that. I told him to cancel my subscription and that I'd better not be charged again.
Beginning of December I check my paypal account to find that not only had I been charged for October, but also the last week of November.
I e-mailed the admin again and asked him what was up. Ok, first things, if you want to run a business, learn how to type correctly. His response emails were similar to this "Y did U not let me kno soonr?"
....alright...
So he tells me the e-mail address that is pulling from my paypal account isnt even an authorized e-mail within his business and that I should use paypal's account resolution service to get a refund.
Ok, not a big problem.
I got this e-mail today:
Alright... ya, $3.99 really isnt a big deal... except that I was still being charged $10 (2 payments) for a service I wasnt using and had thought that I had cancelled. And I'm a poor college student who aspires to be a musician, so ya, $3.99 is a big deal.
So, warning to anyone looking for webhosting, dont use www.titianiumhosting.com they take your money, corrupt your login info, and then harass you for complaining about a bad service.
