You know, I just got out of the meeting with lucasarts, where they told us all why the link was taken off the site. You must have missed the memo announcing the meeting.

The only demo in existance is as they mention on the site:

Included with the Star Wars Trilogy DVD set, is a demo for Star Wars Battlefront for X-BOX.

So you are out of luck dude, go buy the game.
