I really wish hollywood would stop with the silhouette(sic) teaser posters... I think it's getting really overdone. I saw this thread and thought "I bet it's a silhouette" and there it is in all its glory.

You have a point Bill, but the silhouette styel does fit batman perfectly.
If they were going to restrict silhouette posters to one movie per year, then this would be the movie that deserved it most.

It's okay, but I think it would be better if he was standing on the top of some large building with the moonlight revealing his silhouette or something.

Definately, Batman isn't exactly one to be in a poster with 5 people or something. The pictuer does what it's supposed to do, it captures the image of Batman, we all recognize who it is before even looking at the title of the movie, and it captures the darkness versus that neon crap from Batman and Robin's posters.

Plus they can't show the villian because alot of people don't know who the villians are by face.
I can't think of anything to put here right now.
