try reading the WoW forums and you'll know the login servers are fubared and it has NOTHING to do with the client patch you downloaded.

You should check the General forums at the WoW community site for information regarding the log in issues occuring right now. You won't be able to post there though because if you can't log into the game, you probably can't log into the forums.
