To all the staff here,

I have been reading about your bad experiences with this PHP Worm that you had, and I had a question: has it affected Microsoft as well? The reason I am asking is because I have tried for two to three days to get into my e-mail at my msn.com e-mail account with no success. I can type in my user id and password, but tthen my e-mail won't show up. Has the worm hit Microsoft's e-mail server, or do I have some sort of virus, or what's the deal? Please, someone tell me something!

Would you get a "This site is defaced!!!" thing if the worm was affecting your email?

Microsoft would be using its own .NET crap, not PHP.

Also, the worm specifically exploited web sites running the phpBB software. It's only payload is to deface the website. It has no effect on e-mail, nor on users viewing the affected site.
