Best Endings Ever?
2004-04-17, 9:00 AM #1
I got a little project I've been asked to do (and I know we've all been there), and I need a list of endings from games that were definitely something. I've got Fallout, Halo and Deus Ex to name but a few, but I need more suggestions from others.

Maybe if it gets done you can have a looksie...

I was in tears.

Oh, the end of Final Fantasy VIII is worth mentioning, but Mafia's was... wow.

Call of Duty? Don't get me wrong, the game was great - but the ending was somewhat disapointing... mediocre to say the least.

I'd have to say Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, Warcraft II: Beyond The Dark Portal, Starcraft, and Diablo II have the best endings I've seen.

Disapointed in what? The ending was so unbelievebly perfect for the story arc.

Yeah, how's this for odd? My parents haven't been the least bit interested in my love-life my entire life, and now that prom is soon my Dad all of a sudden seems concerned that if I don't find a date and go it will mean I'm a social failure.
I don't get it... I accepted that fact a long time ago, why is he just now realizing it?

A-greed.

I made super characters for the sole purpose of finding every ending. The best is where you beat the game immediately returning after your first time trip.

You didn't get the best ending then. Replay it, and this time don't sux0r. In other words, get 100%
