I guess since the trilogy is over they're trying to market the last dvd every way possible. RotK, RotK extended, and now RotK extended with extras? Isnt there also a "Special Edition" that's different from the other three?

It's the shortened theatrical RotK, the extended RotK, and the extended RotK gift set. They did the same with the other two.
