My thumb keeps locking into a bent position and i can't move it. Have to move it back with my other hand then it works again.

WTF IS WRONG WITH ME?? I'm thinking muscle spasms?

My toes do this a lot. Just warm them up and circulate and you'll be fine.

I used to get that after playing No Mercy on the N64 for extended periods of time (damned D-pad). Like Pommy said, just get the circulation going.
