I don't think that we've had this thread before, so here we go. Mine is definitely Lando, he's by far the coolest character in Star Wars. Also, for some reason the polls are limited to a paltry 10 options, so I only put the main characters. And the droids don't count as main characters.

Vader. He's the ultimate bad guy. It's just a shame his conceptually brilliant origins have been so incredibly tarnished.

Also, the droids are more of a 'main character' than Lando :p
