Worst game I've played was JO. I tried really hard to like it.
The music industry is a cruel and shallow money trench where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

Well, DOOM 3 is certainly in the running for largest disparity between hype and what it actually delivers, I'll give Sleek that.

And Flex, JO? That's probably my second favorite game of all time. :(

Daikatana and DNF definitely beat out DOOM 3 for the top two spots... No game could possibly deliver the DNF that such a long development time leads us to believe.

Worst game I've played? I guess I'll go with either Shaq-Fu or I think it was called Battlestar Earth or something on the NES. The only thing I ever got to do in that game was fly around in "space" (total blackness with a few white dots moving toward you).

Honestly.....right now Halo just pops into mind.

I'm sure there is another one for me, but I just can't think of bad games I've played. :(

I'd have to say One Must Fall Battlegrounds for worst game and worst disparity between hype and actual gameplay. In recent memory at least. I can't be irked to go and dig through my NES and Genesis collections right now.

Another game that majorly failed to deliver it's hype was Fable. It had good elements, but it did not live up to the hype at all.

I feel sorry for the people that are still waiting for DNF.
For hype though, I gotta hand it Doom 3.
It was still a pretty great game, though I expected it to be a little better because of what the hype made out.
