Not that good, I was off by New York by a couple of centimeters on my screen and it tells me I am way off.

I don't know how you people manage to control your mouse like that. Everytime I try to place a country, if I'm 1/100000th of a mile too much to the left I get it wrong. I would've had pretty much everything right otherwise :/

I remember that U.S. one, after about 6 games I managed to get a 100%, but I haven't been able to replicate it since. To answer your question, Flex, it's a matter of luck that you get the states in the right order so the ones you place border states that are already placed on the map.

Arrr. Those landlocked midwest states are difficult :p
13 colonies and Gulf of Mexico were pretty straightforward though.

US:
82% Avg Error 73 Miles 305 secs

Gwarrr. Placing landlocked former soviet block nations is hard. And what's with the crap detail on Norway, Sweden, Finland, and northeast Russia? No Gotland, Åland, or Karelian Isthmus. The Ladoga's part of the Finnish Gulf, no Vänern and Vättern, Uppsala and Oulu are skewed. Grrr to Scandinavian discrimination :p

It got a lot easier once i realized that the names of the states were at the top of the screen.. All those western states look similar.

And the only reason I even got that was from matching up the outlines later in the game. The only ones I actually knew were Florida and California.

i found the Africa one... 100% :D (helps that i grew up there...)
USA i got 89% (missed a couple states by a milimetre hehe)
Europe i did pretty well on... forgot the percentage, though.
asia i do well on until the middle east comes in hahaa :D
