Edit: You do realize the GIMP is free software?

Edit: I didn't mean that by GPLing the GIMP you can't sell it. I just think it's cheap to repackage it without ANY indication of the original GIMP or it's licence.

thats only the supported version, since the source is free, people have ported their own versions:

Hello. You are allowed to sell GPLd software if you want. Duh, that's the point. However, you can get what they want for free elsewhere, so in this case, it's pointless.

Jedikirby: That is not a bug in the system. The GIMP is free software. You'd be a fool to buy it from that 'wingimp' site.

I'm under the impression that the terms of the GPL state that the source has be distributed since they're selling it. I could be wrong though.
