i need some help looking for a good set of speakers for around £30 but i dont know anything about speakers and was wandering if anyone here knew of a good set.

Logitech, and Altek Lansing are also very good.

PC World. Creative Labs stereo speakers = £15.

i have those... they do their job very well... i rarely use them for music though because my headphones > those speakers

Logitech Z-640s are fairly good. I've been quite impressed with my set. 5.1 and about 40 or 50 bucks USD. At least mine were...

My Creative Inspire 6.1's are now dying after only 18 months....and I had to get them replaced right after I bought them...and Creative's customer service was horrible.

So, yeah, next time I'll be buying Logitech.
