I absolutely refuse to eat mushrooms, but they technically aren't vegetables. So I would have to say squash (though the imitation pumpkin pie made with squash is quite good).

I don't know if it counts as a vegetable, but I can't stand the taste of fresh tomato. I like tomato sauce though.

Brussel sprouts are GREAT.

And so is asparagus!

Asparagus was created by the devil, and is mined by gnomes in Finland. Over time, it has been chemically altered so it tastes like a carpet that a dog has peed on and has been sitting in a garbage dump for several years. But, scientists have plans to upgrade its taste by eliminating the dog pee and adding a mixture of pond scum and one-hundred-year-old eggs. With this new, improved taste, parents will surely enjoy the torment that their children suffer as they force them to eat the asparagus. But, companies plan to introduce a super-sized version of the widely-unpopular vegetable to make children realize that super-sized food is very bad for them (also, it is suggested that parents have their beached-whale sized children watch "Supersize Me" while eating the freakishly large asparagus). This new asparagus will range is sizes from four to seven feet in height. Suggested retail price is $54.99, but prices will vary.

*No gnomes were forced to mine against their own will. Please do not send complaints to Finland. This message was brought to you from the people at Arseparagus LMT.

I can't think of any vegetables that I dislike. However, I can think of a fruit. I dislike bananas. I like them sundried, and cooked in things such as banana nut bread, but for some odd reason, eating a banana is the quickest way to make me vomit.

I don't really like eggplant either.

Do mushrooms count as vegetables? They're aren't technically plants.
I don't like cooked mushrooms. They are excellent raw, however.

Yeah me too, fungus will never pass my lips.

Just about every veggie is good. Sure some are better than others (long live potatoes), but I dont think there's any I'll flat out refuse to eat.

Oh and for the record, zucchini, squash, and eggplant are technically fruits, not vegetables :p

Anything with at least one seed in it is a fruit. Vegetables are leafs, roots, and flowers.

Mushrooms and avocado (or is that a fruit?). Oh, and olives. I love everything else.

I usually don't get vegetables that I hate served to me, but if I did, they would be: mushrooms, yams, parsnips, brussel sprouts.... can't think of others I don't like.
I used to hate Pumpkin and brocolli, but now I kind of like them, moreso with the pumpkin.

I'm the same way, but yeh, tomatoes are fruits.

I don't know why there's always been this big controversy over whether a tomato is a fruit or not. It's pretty easy- fruits are the fruits of the plant- the part in which the seeds are stored, comes from a flower. The ripened ovary.
Vegetables are other parts, like stems, roots, leaves, etc.

Anyhow, I'm not sure about mine, so I'm gonna go ahead and say radishes.

Actually, I think a tomato is a vegetable, simply because it's an edible plant part... which would make all edible fruits also vegetables.

What I was gonna say.

If it has 1 or more seeds, it is a fruit. End of story.

Tomato
Pumpkin
Squash
Eggplant
Capsicum (green, red, or yellow peppers)
Chilies
Beans (and peas)
Nuts and seeds

All fruits.

Vegetables are leaves, roots, bulbs, stems, and flowers.

Horticulturally speaking, the above is correct. Conventionally speaking (and legally, in some cases), there are heaps of fruits informaly classified as vegetables. So I guess the question needs to be defined a little more clearly :)

Apart from potatoes in the form of waffles.

Brussle sprouts are exactly like cabbage. Most people hate them even though they've never had them, never had them made properly or haven't had them since they were six years old. People also like to hate vegetables, I guess it's what all the cool kids do.

For some reason, I can not stand these either. I also fairly hate squash. I once had a dish which contained the two of them in evil vegetarian tandem. It took all my self control to prevent myself from throwing up; it was so foul it literally had me it wretches.
