"I have a hardrive partitioned into D,E,F,G,H,I,J drives on the physical drive. I want to combine them into one D drive. What do I do?"

and hit Y until you get to the screen with 4 options

remove all partitions, and make a new one, using 100% of the availiable space, and format.

Done.

Yes. We already backed up the files and moved them to my new 80GB harddrive, my dad is now taking our 13 Gb harddrive and putting it in his PC. but he just wants one drive. So we have out files PLUS a backup if anything goes wrong, so he can take our drive.

If you're running Windows XP there's an easier way to do it.

Right-click on your desktop My Computer icon, click Manage, find Disk Management under Storage, and then by right-clicking on the drive you have the choice of formatting or deleting a partition.
