A bowl of Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with Silk Vanilla Soymilk.
Breakfast 02:
Two sandwiches that consisted of Jewish rye bread, cage-free organic eggs, two strips of Smart Bacon, lettuce, tomato, grated organic cheddar cheese, and Vegenaise. I fried the Smart Bacon and eggs in canola oil and seasoned them with fresh black pepper. I had H2O to drink.
Especially for people trying to lose weight. Eating breakfast ups that metabolism. I'm always suprised by the amount of overweight people that don't eat breakfast, many of which think that they're helping the situation.
