i want a poll to add to my front page.
preferably one that conforms to the polls you find on other sites. radio buttons and so on...
php or perl. doesn't matter.

Can't you do it with forms, then read the file that it's written to, and display the bars via some simple PHP script? I'm sure there's a quicker way, but one might be able to accomplish something simple without PHP itself.
