I actually had one in Philadelphia. Now this is a real Philly cheese steak. I even took a picture!

A. Penn Station owns that.
B. Culvers is a helluva lot better sandwich/hamburger joint than anything else in the US. (And yes, I mean anything.) Anyone who has had the joy of eating there will surely agree with me.
