quick time is awesome. im a windows user, i hate almost everything about mac, but for online videos .mov is the best. no weird stuff that sometimes happens with wmv and real files. great quality, no popping up windows like in the other two, and not that long of a load at all if you have cable which well... i didnt look at a lot of videos when i had 56k.

I used to hate quicktime... a lot. But eventually, I got used to it, and now I prefer it over any other. It's quick, in a window, and simple on the visual side.
