No need to congratulate me on my date. She was leading me on. She wanted to be friends all along, but her idea of friendship is to convince me that she's interested in me so I'll spend time + energy + money trying to impress her. Whatever. I thought she was better than that.

Ah well, you did't lose a thing, she's not worth it. And you'll find someone; girls say a lot of similar things about guys, but some of you guys have already proved to me that not all guys are jerks (though I already kind of knew it).
