I was just wondering what happened to 3DO (Makers of the HOMM series). I really liked there HOMM games and I was looking around the web and can't find them anywhere. I read once that they got bought by someone, I just can't remember who. Does anyone know?

same thing that happened to acclaim... they started to put out alot of mediochre and bad games and ran out of money
