Ok I had to clean out my comp, a couple of weeks back unfortunately i never got to save this one picture program I have.

Do you all know of a free online program that resizes pictures as well as does effects and editing?

If so please post it here, thnx

IrfanView is the first choice, if you don't want to mess around with post-processing.

A vote for the GIMP as well, though it may be a bit complex for what you need it for... :o

I'm for infranview. Much simpler, if all you want to do is simple stuff. Quick. Don't need all this photoshop-esque crap that gimp contains. (If you want something like photoshop, go for gimp. But it sounds like you don't need something of that level).

I find GIMP incredibly annoying to use after getting used to the real Photoshop. Dont like it at all.

But Ifranview rocks :)
