Man, terrorists in Iraq must be getting pretty desperate to try something like this. Heck, I saw the photo and thought instantly "FAKE!" The rifle pointed at the head just screams plastic toy.
Life is beautiful.

WE HAVE THIS TOY SOLDIER
A desperate disease requires a dangerous remedy.

A major source of objection to a free economy is precisely that it gives people what they want instead of what a particular group thinks they ought to want. Underlying most arguments against the free market is a lack of belief in freedom itself.

wow, just wow. You people are so arrogant. Sure, just because he's just a toy, he's less important now? Disgusting.

None of the gear the "soldier" has looks real either.
Pissed Off?

A: The gun looks fake.
B: The face looks fake.
C: The body looks fake.
D: He would probably be surrounded by people in black clothing and masks.
E: He would probably be held down on his knees like in all the other pictures and videos or blindfolded.
F: Why would they let him keep his equipment on?

Anyone think that it's real?

I know the rest does look pretty fake, but the gun in particular struck me as standing out.

If they were that desperate, we pretty much know they have nothing left at this point.

G: Since when did terrorists use US weapons? The gun is clearly an M16A2 or M4A1. Terrorists usually use AK47s

H: Holding a rifle with one hand is a bit unrealistic.

Even though that is obviously a figure (I saw a seperate article earlier that showed the exact figure in it's regular packaging - I'll try to find it), the "terrorist" could've gotten the M4 from the "soldier." Note the desert camaflouge paint on the rifle which is what the soldier would have likely carried.

Not funny.

Agreed. Using a handicapped child to pull off a suicide bombing is not only not funny but just further proves the evil nature of the enemy.

Not to mention how desperate they are. They must be running out of grown men...

"is believed to be "Special Ops Cody," a military action figure"

Those americans have taken it too far, now they're sending toys into battle. Military toys.
Sneaky sneaks. I'm actually a werewolf. Woof.

Not to worry though. I hear that a GW doll flying in a scale model Air Force One rescued Cody under cover of darkness last night.

Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

Yes. That movie rocks.
