Looks like a very nice house, inside and outside. Though the yard needs some work, like you already said in your first post. But at least the good side of that is you will end up with a yard just like you wanted (if you have the energy to do everything you planned).

A year from now, it'll look quite a bit different, I reckon.

I'm moving too... With my parents. To a nice 1.2 acre 2 year old 250 grand "open-concept" home. Sweet! Moving in 2 weeks.

Are you sure thats Brian? Last picture I saw of him he was a bit smaller.

Or is it just the coat?
