hehe, what's wrong with showing off my system, its my first home bult system and i'm actualy quite proud of it [http://forums.massassi.net/html/smile.gif] before this one i actualy had other people build systems for me and stuff so meh, and the price wasn't that bad cos i waited for when there were sales and grabed some of these items while they were cheap, but i'm sort of wishing that i waited untill dec and i could had grabbed an dual athon 64 for about same price but still its an good system and my first homebuilt one to boot, heck i even modded the case a bit, well ah ALOTS for the watercooling loops, gotta to post pictures when i got some.

ATi Mach 64 PCI
515 Meg C Drive

Creative Sound Blaster (probably among the first ever)

Heh Gonk, that's my case. Man I love that thing. Great airflow inside it too, especially if you pop two fans in the front blowing in and switch the rear ones to blow out.

Guess I'll contribute to the penis contest then.

2.4 GHz P4 C, overclocked to 3 GHz.
Gig of dual channel DDR400(wish I'd have gotten some DDR500 for the sake of being able to overclock higher, but at the time a gig of DDR500 that didn't cost a lot more was hard to come by)
Abit IS7-E(SATA, onboard 6.1 sound, LAN, etc.)

60 GB WD HD
10 GB Maxtor HD
128 MB GeForce 4 TI 4200
Win2k Pro of course

Need to get a new hard drive, but I'm not in any big hurry since I don't really waste space with mounds of music or anything. Not to mention I'm really waiting on the 10k SATA drives to go down more in price... Eventually going to put a 256 MB Radeon 9800 in it too, or if something new comes out before then, might go for it.

...You did not name your computers after girls who shot you down. You did not.

Jupiter:
AMD Athlon XP 2000+
1536 MB PC-2100 DDR RAM
GeForce4 Ti4600 128MB OMG
SB Audigy 2 Platinum

Mars (older):
AMD Athlon 700
256 MB PC-100 SDRAM
GeForce DDR
SB Live

Mercury (vintage):
Pentium 2 (300 MHz)
128 MB PC-66 SDRAM
Voodoo 2! 12 MB! Whoa!
SB Live

That's all of my computers since I started naming them after planets. Which is what cool people do. [http://forums.massassi.net/html/tongue.gif]

He has scaled the mountains of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries."
