Depends how good you've heard it was. It's got some of the best nightlife on the planet (if not the), but if you don't do clubs/bars/etc, then it's not all that exciting. Also, Montreal is 10 times more fun in the summer. There's festivals everywhere, there's always a bunch of famous holiwood actors there shooting movies, and you can go to the old port and go around on horseback and eat beaver tails, there's the Jazz festival, a couple of other music festivals too, cirque du soleil, etc. In winter though? Not much I can think of!

Go to the Foufounes. It's a great place. Or the Peel Pub.

Much fun to be had. :D

Yes! Great place.

They have good food, and it's cheap too. For 4 bucks I get a plate so big I can't finish half of it.

you may need french eye for the english guy to fit in in montreal. (they did that on rick mercer's show)

I still think they need to do a "straight eye for the queer guy", where a bunch of straight men are out to give a gay man a makeover, but halfway through, they come to their ****ing senses and go watch TV and drink beer instead.

I went for 3 days in grade 6. We stayed at some hotel, can't remember where, but we went to 'Pub St. Paul' for dinner and dancing. Go there for dinner, it's somewhere in olde montreal.

He's probably been back for a while. Good job, you brought out the necromice. They're going to eat your brains while you sleep.

Oh, I see, I'm sorry. I was told It was against the rules to post in threads that are considered "Old". I read the forum rules and they state anything over 3 weeks is considered old.

I set my forum to only allow 20 days of topics, so I thought I was safe from making another mistake :(

Did you have fun, Light?
