I don't think people should either. But people tend to, because the companies can usually afford to and the people gain from it.

(It wasn't abuse. It was use of their promotion, and it was perfectly legal and maybe even intended. They did afterall provide free delivery, and a handy "£5 off" voucher that provided the cost perfectly...)
