Want old QT.

Hi!
Can anyone help me find an OLD QT player? One that is from when Riven was made? I have extracted a few QT files from Riven and wish to play them on their own. Anyone?

I'm not sure if you mean Quick Time when you say "QT," but http://www.oldversion.com/ is always a good place to look for older version of software.

Some old games come with QT 3 or 4. Check some of your old discs.

I first read, "Want old OT."

I was wondering why someone wanted an old Old Testament.

As far as I can tell, any new version of QuickTime should be able to play them just fine. But whatever floats your boat.

Well, the movie won't play on V 6, which I have, and none of the old versions of QT seems to play it either... The only program that seems to play it is called Riven Movie Player, but it won't play the files alone. It plays from the packed data files, and for that I'll need a CD. But I don't like putting in a CD Just for that... Anyway, here's a sample you can play with: http://edward.leuf.org/x/QTCLIP185.qt

I don't believe .qt files are quicktime files. It looks like it's encoded with something else.
