I have a really bad cankersore inside my lip, anyone have any suggestions? I've tried ambesol, dousing it with salt, but it wont seem to go away.

Don't bite it. Take tylonol. That's all the advice I can give you. It'll eventually go away.

Vanilla whill kill the pain for a while (due to it's high alcohol content).

Spraying Chloraseptic throat spray on it will give you at least some relief.

Gargle with salt water = GG any mouth related problem.

Only if it's bacterial-related. The salt literally sucks all the moisture out of the bacteria.
