While I've known about this site for a while (it displays Chaos Theory's release date on the banana) someone just pointed out the odd page source code to me. At the top it looks like a cipher, anyone got any ideas?

It's just encrypted source, I see it alot nowadays but always on sites where it seems like it makes no sense...
