Actually that is not pugler, but this man was a loser who did troll forums and eventually killed his own self when he was excommunicated from his guild and slain in battle while playing a little known game of evercrack....

Anywho back to the topic at hand it was a very good decision and it was needed I suppose. An oppurtunity for those who had made mistakes in the past and now wish to come back without reprisal.
