Hey, I don't know if any of you are dream interpretation buffs out there, or if you even care, but here goes.
A while back, years ago, I had an interesting dream. The dream was: I was watching myself sleep from somewhere external. I was not solid, I was clear, like a spirit. I left my sleeping body and walked across the hallway to my parent's room. Here, I sat in a chair, a chair that rocks, one I had slept in as a small child. I sat, staring blankly ahead, knowing that I was not in my real body. I saw something across the hall in my room. It was a dark shadow, but it was not threatening. It had no shape or form, and it flowed through the air and hovered beside me. We did not touch, but occasionally went back and forth between rooms. Eventually, I assume I returned to my body and awakened soon after.
Any theories on what this could mean? It seemed very symbolic to me.
