If the title sounds like a contradiction, that's what I thought too. But that's what this company seems to be offering. Has anyone heard anything about this?

I was hoping "legal, free [...] internet radio" would mean a global 802.11b/g network.

WinAmp radio isn't illegal, yet. It may be in a while, but doubtful.

There are stations that pay for radio licenses, and therefore aren't illegal.
