I have a job interview on wednesday, at 1:00 PM, out in Placentia, CA. --quite a ways from Long Beach. (although if this pans out, i'll be working locally) To get there in time, I'll have to cut my afternoon class.

I'ts a part-time job, I'll be driving around stocking publications at stores and replacing outdated materials with new ones. The pay is $8.50 an hour (good for P.T. work) plus 30 cents per mile in distance travelled, which doesn't sound like much but adds up. Considering that my car gets good fuel efficency, I'll make decent money on milage.

So, give me those patented massassi vibrations!

Here's how it went:

I managed to haul a** on the freeway and I got there 30 minutes early, so I sat in my car listening to Van Halen and Motorhead until the right time came and then I went in. They said on the phone that I should look good but also casual, so I wore slacks and a dress shirt, but no tie.

I met some people there, and I made a good impression, b/c they want me to come back for another interview once they get info from the DMV (which makes sense b/c I'll be doing deliveries and they probably want my driving record. My record is perfect, so I'm not worried about that) .
