heh. It uses a program called Samurize to monitor just about anything in your PC (if you have the right stuff, you can even do CPU temperature, and if you want you can even put a real-time weather map on your desktop and all sorts of stuff). I'd give you this setup, but you'd have to customize the hell out of it to make it actually work (directories and whatnot).
If you get Samurize and really want this (the space battle is the regular desktop) I can set up a copy that would have all the system stuff and just have all the shortcuts as blanks. (And no, the small Times words really aren't there :p )
