Spring is coming...

... and I've never been happier. I'm totally at peace. Nature is beautiful. There are no sounds, apart from a very distant car from time to time, which makes it even more perfect. This is the dual-union unborn infants feel in the womb. Everything rules.

Meeeanwhile, 22 hours ago... In Helsinki
Additional ~5 cm of snowfall in the past 24 hours. What is this "spring" you speak of?

Sure, I hear some birds twittering as they're gradually coming back, but other than that and more daylight, it's still pretty indistinguishable here from early February :)
The Gulf despite being sal****er is still frozen solid, people still ski, winter speed-limits are still in place, car tyres still have studs, I can still see my breath when I exhale outdoors, bar terraces are still closed, Finns are still winning ski-jumping competitions.

As the picture, taken from orbit two years ago on this Sunday, shows, and all signs indicate, it's still winter here, bah.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

If I didn't know better based on old experience, I would say no. It's still full winter here.

EDIT: If I have ever seen a more annoying gif animation than the one posted by Mr. Stafford, I couldn't name it.

Aye, we've had nice weather lately. Makes my feet smell and gives me a headache, tho'.
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

Temperatures have been mid to upper 50s here. One day two weeks ago it got up to 70. That was a joyful day. :)

The dogwood trees are blooming now. Spring is just about here. I can't wait.

Temperatures have been rising steadily here... but there's still quite a bit of snow on the ground. It gets pretty cold at night still too.

Just a shame you can't sit on my subtitle and take in the spring air. You can probably see pink elephants if you stare closely at it long enough though.

I'm so excited that spring is coming! (kind of sad though, since the spring encompasses the end of my last play at BHS ever, AP exams, senior recital, and graduation, which is both good and bad) Still, you gotts love spring.

Me: I have no idea
Fincham: I meant where are you sitting. This wasn't an existential question.
