Indeed.

Don't these people get it? Why do they let her suffer??!! (although she probably doesn't even feel anything). Why would you even prolong her suffering. She doesn't feel anything, and has absoulty no clue on what's going on. If the parents really believe in God (like they say they do), they should just let her go. Don't they understand that she'd most likely be in a much better place?

I respect that the parent's should have the final say in what happens, but for god's sake, if they knew what was good for her...

Yeah and they try to act like champions of life and all that is good. It's just a bunch of rhetoric. If they actually looked at the situation beyond their two-dimensional view that she is still a living breathing human who's life is precious, they would see what is actually best for her.

Thats the thing, they think its best for her to live. They don't know better. It's all about perspective, not necessarily 2 dimensional. They don't want to bury their daughter.

The protesters though are just idiots.

I see a sign in one of the pictures that says "Give Terri Schiavo Peace."

Yeah, I live in Tallahassee and have seen some similar protesters at the captiol building this week. My favorite sign said: "What did you have for breakfast?"

Bah, I keep going back and forth over the doctor reports, some say she's vegetative, others say shes not. I have no idea where to stand, and it leads me to believe that we either don't know as much about the human mind as we think we do, or that we have a fair share of morons in the medical field.

Supposedly, she attempted to speak, but I have no idea if it was that or not. (Sorry if I'm repeating anything). I'm still looking into the whole thing, but I can't get ahold of the things I want. (Darn people with bandwidth limits).

I just got done watching a few of the videos. Even if she is at all conscious, it's just barely, and I can only imagine the turmoil her mind must be in if she is aware of anything.

This kid came into Cracker Barrel yesterday afternoon with his family. Probably 5 or so at most. Normal kid, loud, wild, energetic, and likes Dr Pepper. Well, I was getting the order and the kid looks up and goes "TIMMY!"
